1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using iTranZ, you affirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These terms constitute a legally enforceable agreement between you and HCit Consultant.
2. Services
iTranZ offers voice-based translation between selected Indian and international languages. HCit Consultant may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or pricing without prior notice.
Users who register for our free services shall be shown advertisements.
Premium tier members shall have an advertisement-free experience
2.a. Premium Services
iTranZ offers premium services on purchase of various packages.'Premium' members may be offered, over and above the paid services,
additional services as a free bonus or as optional add-ons.
They shall also be offered advertisement-free services.
2.b. Free Offers
Free tier members may be offered, from time to time, opportunities to win free additional 'words'.These may be in the form of 'Member get Member', or other incentives.
We reserve the right to offer, modify or withdraw all or any such incentives at any time.
3. Registration and Account Security
- Users must register with accurate information.
- Accounts are for individual use only.
- Users are responsible for maintaining account credentials.
4. Pricing and Payments
HCit Consultant may offer free onboarding. Charges may apply for app services, with rates displayed on relevant pages.
4.a. Refunds
All fees are non-refundable, no claim of refund shall be admissible under any circumstances.Validity of purchased 'words' is for 1 year and users are strongly encouraged to exhaust the same within that time period.

5. Usage Limitations
Free accounts include limited 'word' credits. Abuse, reverse engineering, and automated access are prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, software, and content are property of HCit Consultant. Users are granted a limited license to use iTranZ under these terms.
7. Privacy Policy
HCit Consultant complies with Indian data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Limitation of Liability
iTranZ is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. HCit Consultant is not liable for any damages resulting from its use.
9. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated at HCit Consultant’s discretion if misuse is detected.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka courts.
11. Changes to Terms
HCit Consultant may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of iTranZ indicates your acceptance of any changes.
